Itinerary

Day 1: Athens
We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception. Enjoy your free schedule until the official activities begin.
Day 2: Athens
We´ll embark on a city tour of Athens with a local guide, visiting landmarks such as the Presidential Mansion, the Panathenaic Stadium where the first modern Olympic Games were held, the National Library, and the bustling squares of the city center. We´ll also explore the newer neighborhoods developed after the 2004 Olympic Games. The tour concludes at the Acropolis, followed by an evening transfer to the historical neighborhood of Plaka, renowned for its charming Greek tavernas and rich folklore.
Day 3: Athens - Tripoli - Olympia - Patras
We’ll travel to the Peloponnese, making a brief stop at the Corinth Canal engineering marvel. Continuing through the mountains, we’ll reach Tripoli, the capital of the Arcadia region, to explore the bustling Aeros Square. Our journey then takes us to Olympia, where we’ll visit the ancient Archaeological Site with a local guide (tickets included) to see the Temple of Zeus and the original Stadium. We proceed to Patras to explore its remarkable medieval fortress and large cathedral. Dinner is included.
Day 4: Patras - Igoumenitsa - Corfu - Igoumenitsa
We’ll cross the spectacular Rio–Antirrio suspension bridge connecting the Peloponnese with the Greek mainland. Traveling through Central Greece and Epirus, we reach the port town of Igoumenitsa and board a scenic ferry to the beautiful island of Corfu. We’ll visit its capital, Kerkyra, featuring a well-preserved Venetian-style historic center, and explore Kanoni’s beautiful Byzantine church on a small island, before taking the ferry back to mainland Greece.
Day 5: Igoumenitsa - Metsovo - Kalabaka
We journey through the tall mountains of Epirus to reach Metsovo, a charming mountain village that retains a unique culture influenced by Slavic and Turkish traditions, featuring traditional stone houses and carved wooden balconies. Continuing into Thessaly, we stop in Kastraki for lunch before exploring the remarkable Meteora Valley. Enjoy included admission to one of its famous monasteries built atop towering rock formations. Dinner is included in Kalabaka.
Day 6: Kalabaka - Delphi - Hosios Loukas - Athens
We journey south through the stunning landscapes of Thessaly to reach Delphi. Here, we´ll explore the exquisite archaeological site overlooking the Gulf of Corinth with breathtaking views. Following lunch, we´ll head to the Hosios Loukas Monastery, renowned as one of the most beautiful Byzantine monasteries in Greece and a World Heritage Site, to view its remarkable 11th-century mosaics. We arrive back in Athens in the evening.
Day 7: Athens
After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
