Itinerary

Day 1: Edinburgh
Arrival in Scotland and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy your free time to rest or explore. You will find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the reception.
Day 2: Edinburgh
After breakfast, we will begin our journey with a panoramic tour with a local guide of Edinburgh, Scotland’s capital and one of the most dynamic cities in northern Europe. Its monumental center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, dominated by its iconic castle overlooking the city, its steep streets, and its beautiful parks. You’ll enjoy free time after the tour to explore at your own pace.
Day 3: Edinburgh - The Kelpies - Stirling - Pitlochry - Culloden - Inverness
After leaving Edinburgh, we’ll stop to photograph The Kelpies, enormous sculptures of horses’ heads from Scottish mythology. Next, we’ll head to Stirling to visit its impressive historic center and great castle (visit included), which has witnessed numerous legendary battles. We’ll continue north, stopping in the picturesque whisky-producing town of Pitlochry for lunch and a stroll. After a stop at Culloden, the site of a pivotal historic battle, we’ll arrive in Inverness, the ‘Capital of the Highlands,’ where you can walk along the banks of the River Ness.
Day 4: Inverness
Today we journey through the hauntingly beautiful landscapes, forests, lochs, remote plains, and fjords of northern Scotland. Our first stop is the fascinating Eilean Donan Castle, a picturesque site located right on the waters of the fjord (tickets included). Next, we’ll head to Fort Augustus to visit the sluice gate system with time for lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy an included boat tour on the dark and mysterious waters of Loch Ness, followed by a visit to the medieval Urquhart Castle (admission included). We return to Inverness to visit a traditional whisky distillery for a learning experience and a tasting session (included).
Day 5: Inverness - Fort William - Inveraray - Loch Lomond - Glasgow
We continue enjoying stunning landscapes, stopping first in Spean Bridge to visit a World War II monument. Next, we’ll stop in Fort William, a tourist center at the foot of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the United Kingdom. We’ll pass by the beautiful ruins of Kilchurn Castle by a dark lake and arrive in Inveraray, a picturesque historic village by Loch Fyne featuring a large castle, with time for lunch. We then head back along the shores of Loch Lomond and arrive in Glasgow in the evening with time to explore its vibrant city center.
Day 6: Glasgow
After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
